US Yoga Alliance RYT 200 Vinyasa Teacher Training
Flow Yoga is a pulsating art of human body movement. During the practice, it advocates one breath to cooperate with one action, asana flow under the guidance of breathing rhythm, and feels the unity of body and mind in the asana flow. We know that yoga is both art and science. Every thought in the brain can affect the movement of the body. When you start to focus on breathing, focus on the inside, and understand the true purpose of asana and breathing, you can reach the state of physical and mental integration.
As a yoga instructor, we must ensure that the premise of student practice is safe and effective. In this course, you will learn how to observe movement postures and entire flow yoga class arrangement skills, such as judging whether students can complete hand balance from Japanese worship Asanas, or understanding the students’ lack of ability to make targeted corrective guidance and training, after the course is completed, you will master the skills of flexible arrangement of the classroom, suitable for different levels of practitioners, and can also guide your own practice more effectively.
